Step 1: Prepare the Butterfly Pea Blossom Tea
  1. Start by boiling the 3 cups of warm filtered water. In a heatproof bowl, add your butterfly pea blossoms. Pour the hot water over the blossoms and let them steep for about 10 to 15 minutes. Feel free to admire the mesmerizing transformation of color during this time. You’ll get a rich, deep blue tea.
Step 2: Sweeten the Tea
